I usually do a progressive warm up, ride easy for 15min, then do couple of tempo efforts on the bog ring, about 2min long. Rest in between. Then I do an ftp effort, hr over 300w definitely, about 1min. Rest. Then I do 10sec sprints, 5 of those. Interested how other riders approach warm up. This takes me about 30-40min. It's a short warm up. Should I be doing a longer warm up for races that start really fast?
